Privacy Policy

Effective April 24, 2026 · Last updated April 24, 2026

WorldVue (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Atlas, a software platform and mobile application used by WorldVue personnel and our hospitality customers to coordinate support cases, work orders, field operations, equipment deployments, and related services (collectively, “Atlas” or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Atlas, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

Atlas is a business-to-business (“B2B”) tool. It is not directed at the general public and is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use. Access is provisioned through your employer or through an organization you are otherwise authorized to represent.

If you have questions about this policy, contact privacy@worldvue.com.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The Atlas mobile application for iOS and Android.
  • The Atlas web application at atlas.worldvue.com.
  • Atlas backend services that support those applications.

This policy does notcover third-party products or services that may be linked from Atlas (for example, ServiceNow or Microsoft sign-in pages), which are governed by their respective providers’ privacy policies.

If your employer or organization has entered into a separate data processing agreement (“DPA”) or services agreement with WorldVue that addresses personal data handling, the terms of that agreement control to the extent they conflict with this policy.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and organization affiliation from your identity provider (typically Microsoft Entra ID via single sign-on, or, in limited cases, an email and password you create). We also receive your role and permissions within your organization.
  • Content you create or submit. This includes support cases, incidents, issues, work orders, dispatch notes, field-operations task responses, questionnaire submissions, proposals, quotes, feedback submitted via the in-app feedback form, and messages you send to the Atlas support copilot ("AskVue").
  • Files and attachments. Photos, documents, and other files you upload in the course of completing a case, work order, or field task. Attachments are transmitted to WorldVue's case-management system (ServiceNow) for processing and record-keeping.
  • Communications. If you contact us for support, we retain your correspondence.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Authentication data. Your active session is stored server-side in our database. A session reference is held on your device: on the web, in a secure, HTTP-only session cookie set by the Atlas backend (which cannot be read by JavaScript); on mobile, in iOS Keychain or Android Keystore via expo-secure-store. The session reference is used to keep you signed in and authorize your requests. It is not used for tracking or analytics.
  • Cookies (web only). The Atlas web application sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies: an authentication session cookie (described above) and, where applicable, cookies that hold your preferences (for example, theme or active organization). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party web analytics cookies.
  • Device and technical information. Device model, operating system and version, application version, time zone, language, and general IP address information (used to identify request origin in server logs and for troubleshooting).
  • Diagnostic and performance data. When the application encounters an error or performance issue, we collect crash reports, stack traces, performance traces, and session breadcrumbs via Sentry. These reports may include your user ID (for error attribution), device identifiers, and a redacted view of what you were doing immediately before the error. Sentry does not receive the content of your messages, files, or form inputs.
  • Usage information. Screens viewed, features used, and high-level timing information to help us understand which parts of Atlas work well and which need improvement.
  • Push notification tokens (mobile only). If you enable push notifications on the Atlas mobile application, we store the token issued by Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) so we can deliver notifications to your device.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect:

  • Precise geolocation (GPS) data.
  • Microphone, camera, or photo-library contents unless you explicitly attach a file or take a photo in the app for a case or task.
  • Contacts, calendar, or health data.
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID). Atlas does not display advertising and does not integrate with any third-party ad network.
  • Biometric data. Face ID / Touch ID unlock, if enabled, happens on-device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • Provide the features of Atlas, including routing and displaying your cases, work orders, field tasks, deployments, and related records.
  • Respond to your questions submitted to the AskVue support copilot, including processing your prompts through our AI systems and returning answers.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent errors, fraud, and abuse.
  • Improve the Service, including product analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate with you about the Service, including service announcements, push notifications you have opted into, and support responses.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your information to serve advertising.

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

We require our service providers to use the information we share only to perform services for us and to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

5. Data retention

  • Account and session data. Retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation for security, audit, and legal-compliance purposes.
  • Case, work order, and operational records. Retained for as long as they remain relevant to the business records of your organization or the customers you serve, subject to our agreements with those organizations.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) for all network communications between the application and our servers.
  • Device-level secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) for authentication tokens.
  • Role- and organization-based access controls within the Atlas backend.
  • Logging and monitoring of administrative access.
  • Regular application and infrastructure security review.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe the security of your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@worldvue.com.

7. International data transfers

WorldVue is headquartered in the United States, and our infrastructure operates primarily in the United States. If you access Atlas from outside the United States, the information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights:

  • Access. Obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion. Request that we delete personal information, subject to exceptions required or permitted by law.
  • Portability. Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Restriction or Objection. Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw Consent. Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
  • Non-Discrimination. Exercise these rights without being denied service.

Because Atlas is typically provided through your employer or organization, many requests are best directed to that organization, which acts as the “controller” of the personal data it places into Atlas. We will support your organization in responding to such requests.

If you prefer to contact us directly, email privacy@worldvue.com. We will respond within the time periods required by applicable law.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law. You may exercise the rights described above by contacting privacy@worldvue.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Our legal bases for processing are: (i) performance of a contract (providing the Service); (ii) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service; (iii) compliance with legal obligations; and (iv) your consent, where applicable. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children’s privacy

Atlas is not intended for and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@worldvue.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. Third-party sign-in

Atlas supports signing in with Microsoft Entra ID. When you sign in this way, Microsoft provides us with your name, email, and organization identifier. We do not receive your Microsoft password. Your use of Microsoft services is governed by Microsoft’s privacy policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of Atlas after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
